ParentVue Directions for 2026-27
UPDATE YOUR CHILD’S/CHILDREN’S INFORMATION – YOU MUST GO TO THE WEB VERSION AT THIS TIME. You can type THE WEB ADDRESS (https://tn-tre-psv.edupoint.com) IN YOUR INTERNET BROWSER.
Your username and password have not changed. However, if you saved it on your computer, you may need to delete the information and save it when you go to the new URL.
UPDATE the ParentVUE App – In order to easily access your child’s school information throughout the year, you need to update the app on your phone:
- Delete the old version of the app.

- Install the new version of the app by going to your appropriate app store.
- After downloading, follow the directions on the screen.
- Type in the zip code (if asked) and choose Trenton Special School District and choose “YES”.
- Type in the same username and password you used in the old app/website. (You may need to press Login twice). It will then take you through a short tour (if you choose.)
- You should then be able to use the app on your phone.
- If you are having trouble with the app, you can always go to the website and go to ParentVUE by clicking the ParentVUE picture or going directly to the URL (https://tn-tre-psv.edupoint.com).
- If you have forgotten your username or password, you can email lisa.bradford@trentonssd.org. Please be patient and you will get a response as soon as possible.
